Accessing past invoices/receipts for your subscriptions

The receipts are sent to your email address on your Stripe account every time the plan renews automatically. However, you can still access invoices, payment history, and receipts from your dashboard.

To access:

  1. Log into your Durable account and click the business for which you would like to see the invoices.

  2. Go to Business Settings in the bottom left corner, and click "Subscription" on the top tab.

  3. Click "Manage plan."

  4. Scroll down to the "Invoice history" section, and click the arrow icon to open the invoice.

  5. You can download the invoice and receipts from the portal.

  6. When you finish, you can close the invoice tab.

Note: This invoice feature is only available for the Starter and Business plan users at this time. If you are using the Mogul plan or the Pro plan (legacy plan), please contact the Support team by clicking the Account icon > Support.
