Adding multiple users is only available for Business plan or Mogul plan users. Please see our pricing page to learn about what is included in your plan.

Sending an invitation to a new user

To enable the user feature in Durable, you must first select which business you'd like the user to have access to. Adding a user gives access to your entire Durable business, except for the ability to manage your plan and users.

  1. Log in to your Durable account, and click "Business" in the bottom left corner. Please ensure you are logged into the business to which you want to add a new user.

  2. Click "Users" on the top tab and click "Add user."

  3. Fill in the name and email, then click "Send invite."

IMPORTANT NOTE: The user you invited will receive an email letting them create a Durable account. It will show as "Invitation Sent" until it has been accepted.

Accepting an invitation when received

New users will receive an email like this:

  1. Click "Create Account" in the email.

  2. Create an account for Durable.

  3. Once the invitation is accepted, it will show as "Active" in the Business dashboard.

Remove users

You can delete all users with login access to a specific Durable account by clicking the 3 little dots next to the user's name.

  1. Go to Business > Users.

  2. Click three dots (...) next to the user.

  3. Click "Remove user."
