Upgrading your subscription to Durable

Welcome to Durable! We're excited you have decided to upgrade your subscription. Below are the simple steps to do so:

  1. Log in to your Durable account > click the business you want to upgrade.

  2. Click "Business" in the bottom right corner and the "Manage" Tab at the top.

  3. Click Upgrade > choose billing cycle (Annually or Monthly), and click "Upgrade now" on the plan you want to subscribe to.

  4. Fill in the billing information and click "Subscribe."

Important notes:

  • The billing cycle begins immediately when you subscribe. If you choose annual billing, you will be charged once a year upfront.

  • We currently do not offer a downgrade from a paid to a free plan.


  • By confirming your subscription, you allow Durable Technologies Inc. to charge your card for this payment and future payments in accordance with their terms.

  • You can always cancel your subscription from your dashboard.

  • The subscription is tied to the business, not your account; therefore, the subscription cost will be charged per website you publish (except for the Pro Plan (legacy plan: no longer offered to new customers and the Mogul plan).
