Upgrading your subscription to Durable
Welcome to Durable! We're excited you have decided to upgrade your subscription. Below are the simple steps to do so:
Log in to your Durable account > click the business you want to upgrade.
Click "Business" in the bottom right corner and the "Manage" Tab at the top.
Click Upgrade > choose billing cycle (Annually or Monthly).
4. Fill in the billing information and click "Subscribe."
Important notes:
The billing cycle begins immediately when you subscribe. If you choose annual billing, you will be charged once a year upfront.
We currently do not offer a downgrade from a paid to a free plan.
If you would like to downgrade to a different plan (e.g., Business to Startup plan), please get in touch with our support team.
By confirming your subscription, you allow Durable Technologies Inc. to charge your card for this payment and future payments in accordance with their terms.
You can always cancel your subscription.
The subscription is tied to the business, not your account; therefore, the subscription cost will be charged per website you publish (except for the Pro Plan).
