Sync your email address in your Durable CRM

Durable CRM Email Sync

With our email sync feature, you can keep your Durable CRM and your email inbox in sync at all times.

Note: Email sync is only available on the Business and Mogul plans.

Connect your email

  1. Go to CRM > Settings.

  2. Enter the email address you would like to connect, and click "Connect."

  3. Click "Sign in with Google" or "Select a different provider." The system will prompt you to log in to your email account. You can also log in with IMAP.

  4. Once the authorization is complete, click "Sync emails" to import any emails to/from contacts within your Durable CRM.

  5. When the sync is complete, you will receive an email in your connected email address titled "Your emails are synced." Please keep an eye out for the email.

Enable if from Lead correspondent

  1. Go to Automation > Skills.

  2. Scroll down to the Lead Correspondent card and click "Enable."

  3. Click "Enable Skill" on the popup message.

  4. Click "Sign in with Google" or "Select a different provider." The system will prompt you to log in to your email account. You can also log in with IMAP.

  5. Once the authorization is complete, click "Sync emails" to import any emails to/from contacts within your Durable CRM.

  6. When the sync is complete, you will receive an email in your connected email address titled "Your emails are synced." Please keep an eye out for the email.


Email synch FAQ:

Do you access all of my emails?

No, we only access emails between your email address and email addresses in your Durable CRM. When you add a new contact to Durable, we will access the previous 30 days of email history with that contact.

Can I remove the sync?

Yes, you can disconnect your email at any time, and that will remove all communication history from your CRM. Please click "Disconnect."
