You can change the email address for login, email receipts and product updates. Just so you know, this is different from the email address used for email sync in the CRM. You can also change the profile pictures and names that appear on your account.
Change personal information
Click your profile icon on the top right corner.
Click "Account."
Edit Personal information. Please make sure to use an email address that can receive emails from Durable since you will receive password reset emails to this email address.
Optional: Change the profile photo by clicking "Replace" on the image. You can upload your image or use an image from Unsplash. Click "Insert" to insert a new image.
Click "Save."
Log out and log in with your new email address.
Common error
"This email is in use by another user. Contact us if you think it's a mistake."
The account email address is used to differentiate your account. Hence, you cannot use an email address that has been used for another account or another user.
If you don't have an account but still see the above error, please contact the support team with the current email address and the email address you want to use as the new login email address.
