Reply or send customer messages from Durable CRM

Using Durable, you can easily reply to messages sent from the contact form.

When you have unread messages from customers, you can see the envelope icon with the number of messages you have received.


Reply to customer messages

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts.

  2. Click the customer you wish to reply to.

  3. Click the message you want to reply from the "Contact form" section.

  4. Click "Reply" in the popup window. A message draft box appears.

    • Add Cc and Bcc if needed.

    • Change the subject manually or let AI generate it by clicking "Regenerate."

    • Change the message manually or let AI generate it by clicking "Regenerate."

    • Attach file(s) if needed by clicking "Attach files."

  5. Once finished, click "Send." Please wait a few seconds for the "Message sent" popup to appear.


Create new messages to customers

If you want to approach customers via Durable CRM proactively, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to CRM > Contacts.

  2. Click the customer you wish to reply to.

  3. Click "Messages" in the top tab, and click "Compose message."

  4. A message draft box appears.

    • Add Cc and Bcc if needed.

    • Change the subject manually or let AI generate it by clicking "Regenerate."

    • Change the message manually or let AI generate it by clicking "Regenerate."

    • Attach file(s) if needed by clicking "Attach files."

  5. Once finished, click "Send." Please wait a few seconds for the "Message sent" popup to appear.

    Alternatively, you can click "Message" in the customer overview profile for shortcut access to the message draft box.



With Durable, your messages can be efficiently responded to from your CRM dashboard.
