Integrate your custom domain with Durable
We've partnered with Entri to provide Durable customers with more seamless custom domain integration! If you already own a domain and want to ensure it's corrected and pointed toward your Durable Website, you can do so through the following steps.
Note: Entri no longer supports the one-click domain connection with GoDaddy. If you're using GoDaddy as your domain provider, please follow the manual connection process as listed below.
Step 1: Navigate to the settings tab
Go to Website> Domain.
Click the 'Link domain' button and move to step 2 below.
Step 2: Add your domain
The system will show a popup window like the one below, so click "Continue."
Enter an external domain you wish to connect to your Durable website.
Entri will analyze the domain. It will prompt you to select your provider (where you got your domain from). Most of the time, the system will ask you to log in to your domain host account.
It will provide additional instructions for your specific domain provider if needed.
Once completed, it will confirm that you're successfully connected!
Step 3: Verify the domain is pointing to Durable
Verify your DNS settings are correct by checking your status in the DNS settings.
DNS changes can take a few minutes to a few hours to propagate. Please ensure your records are set correctly with your DNS provider, and come back later to check if they are verified on your Durable dashboard.
Step 4: Allow for full propagation
After changing the domain records, it can take up to 24 hours for it to be fully propagated. Therefore, if your Website is not available right away, please wait a while and try again. You may also check if the DNS records have been properly propagated.

If auto-connect doesn't work, try manually adding the domain instead.
Manually adding the DNS records to connect external Domain
Choose "change provider" (the gear icon at the bottom left).
Scroll to the bottom and click on Set up manually.
Copy the DNS records exactly to your domain host provider.
Make sure to click all 6 "Copy" buttons from each record.
Depending on your domain hosting provider dashboard, add the DNS records.
Example:
Finally, click the "I have added 3/3 records above to my domain's provider" button when it enables, then check your Primary Domain to see if the link was successful.
Please note that a manual connection may take up to 48 hours to propagate. If you don't see your domain properly connected to your website, please check your domain status with the DNS checker. Please follow this page for guidance.
