Cancelling Your Account: Access Restrictions
We're sorry to see you go! When you cancel your subscription, your access to the website will be restricted based on the following information.
Cancelled Immediately & Received Partial Refund: You lose access to the site immediately, and the website will be taken offline.
Cancelled at the end of the billing cycle - You will retain access to the site until the day before your next renewal date. Your website will be offline at the end of the current billing cycle.
After the website is taken offline, you can still access your account by logging in as long as you have not deleted the account or the website.
