This error means your 'off-Facebook Activity' may have been turned off. This feature on Facebook lets you control what website data is tracked by Facebook; however, it can also prevent other platforms you're integrated with from accessing the data needed to connect to your accounts.

To remove this error,

  1. Log into your Facebook account centre (Note: not Instagram).

  2. Click "Off-Facebook activity."

  3. Click "Manage future activity."

  4. Click "Connect future activity" and click "Confirm."

  5. It may take a few moments for the change to take effect. You can try reconnecting your Instagram account on your Durable after changing this settings.
