Contact Form

One of the best ways to interact with potential customers is via the Contact Form.

Adding contact form:

  1. Go to Website > Edit website.

  2. Click ‘Add Section +’ where you want to add it.

  3. Select the Contact form from the list.

  4. Once you’ve selected that, a contact form will be generated.

  5. Click "Save" in the top bar.

Customizing contact form

  1. Click "..." and "Edit section" on the contact form section you added above.

  2. You can customize the main message in the text box or let AI generate it by clicking the "Regenerate" button.

  3. Click "Save" when finished.

Adding custom fields

  1. Click "..." and "Edit section" on the contact form section you added above.

  2. Click "Manage fields.

  3. Click "+ New custom field."

  4. Choose the type of the new custom field.

  5. Customize the field in the popup window.

  6. Click "Save" in the popup window, and click "Save" again in the top bar.

All of these fields are directly linked to your CRM, and all the information that customers fill out will now be populated back into those fields for your reference.

Changing Custom input labels

  1. Click "..." and "Edit section" on the contact form section.

  2. Enable toggle on "Custom input labels."

  3. Change the input field's name.

  4. Click "Save" in the top bar.

Editing form success message

This message will appear after customers click "Sent" in the contact form. You can include details like response time and thank you note.

  1. Click "..." and "Edit section" on the contact form section.

  2. Scroll down to the form success message section.

  3. Edit the message or click "Regenerate" to let AI write it for you.

  4. Click "Save."

Adding the Contact Form is an easy and efficient way to interact with potential customers. Through the steps outlined above, you can customize the form to ensure it fits your customers’ needs and allows for the collected information to be automatically populated into the CRM.


Contact form FAQ

  • Can I add a file attachment section to the contact form?

Not available at this time. Please consider using 3rd party contact form embedding, such as Common Ninja, which supports file attachments. Please see this page for details: Contact Form for Durable.

  • Can I add mandatory fields in the contact form?

Not available at this time. The default mandatory fields are name, email, and message. Any additional custom fields cannot be mandatory.
