Durable's AI-driven Customer Inquiry Tool

We're excited to announce the newest feature from Durable: the ability to have an AI-generated response to customer inquiries sent to your contact form. You may have already seen this in the CRM section, and by following the detailed instructions below, you can learn how to get the most out of it.

Step 1: Connect Your Email

Before you can use this feature, please make sure that your email is connected to Durable. You can do this by going to the CRM section and clicking Settings. For a detailed guide, please take a look at Sync your email address to your Durable CRM page.

Once successfully connected, it will look like this:

Step 2: Enable the Auto-reply

With your email connected, you can enable Auto-reply, which allows you (or Durable) to craft a message that will automatically go out when customers contact you through the "Contact Us" form on your website. To set up the auto-reply:

  1. Move the toggle in the "Auto-reply" section.

  2. You can type the message or click "Regenerate" by the Subject and the Message field to generate a response using AI.

  3. Click "Save" when finished.

Turn off the auto-reply

To turn off the Auto reply, move the toggle to turn off.

By following the steps above, you can now take advantage of Durable's AI-driven customer inquiry feature. Whether you want to reply manually or use Durable's generation, you are ready to go.
