No, all you'll need to do is install the chat widget code on your website. Your visitors may need to download a browser extension or a mobile app with your team.
How do I respond to user inquiries?
Your team may reply to inquiries via a browser app or directly messaging users from your Messenger/WhatsApp/Telegram app on your device. Refer to the chat widget documentation for information on responding to inquiries.
Can the chat widgets automate responses with AI?
Not at this time. We do not offer an AI-integrated messaging tool. The chat widgets we introduced on this page require your team to manually answer them.
What do I need to add under "Messenger user"?
You will need to put a Facebook Username here:
How to find a Facebook Username:
From computer:
Click the profile icon and go to Settings & privacy.
Settings → Accounts Center.
Profiles → your Facebook account → Username.
Copy the username here and paste it into the Common Ninja widget section.
Then, you can paste this username to the Messenger user section and click save.
