How to edit the SEO of your website pages

Notice that when creating a new page, a specific SEO is also already generated, so if you want to edit this, you can edit it in the above section. You can change the site thumbnail image (the image which appears when you share the link on social media) in this section as well.

This is how the page settings menu looks like without any SEO:

You can add it by clicking "Generate SEO" or Add SEO manually.

Change the site description

Note: If you enable SEO specialist automation, you will not be able to edit the SEO information directly on the Settings panel. If you would like to edit the SEO description directly, please turn off the SEO Specialist.

The general SEO configuration can be found on the Home page setup. You can change each page's SEO under the gear icon on each page.

  1. Go to Website > Edit website.

  2. Click "Pages" > "Manage Pages" or "View all pages" at the top.

  3. Click the gear icon next to the page title.

  4. Scroll to the SEO section to change the site description, or you can click "Regenerate" to let AI generate the description.

  5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the settings panel and again on the top bar.

Change the website thumbnail image

The website thumbnail image is shown when the URL is shared on social media. This is also set automatically when you create a website, and you can change it here.

  1. Go to Website > Edit website.

  2. Click "Pages" > "Manage Pages" or "View all pages" at the top.

  3. Click the gear icon next to the page title.

  4. Scroll to the SEO section and click "Replace" to change the image, or you can click "Regenerate" to let AI pick the image.

    • If you click "Replace" in the Media selector, you can choose an image from Unsplash/Library or upload your own image.

    • Click "Insert" to add it.

  5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the settings panel and again on the top bar.
