Get More Online Reviews With Automated Review Requests
Automated review requests are a hands-off way to get more online reviews for your business. You can collect online reviews on a Facebook Business page and/or a Google My Business Page.
How Automated Review Requests Work
After every invoice is paid (via credit card or GooglePay only), the system will ask your customers to rate their experience with you. This rating will be automatically added to your CRM under "Feedback."
Once you have configured your review settings (added your Facebook/Google page), you have the option to enable automated review requests by toggling "Review request automation" on.
By default, we will only request online reviews from customers who have rated you 4 or 5 stars, but you can adjust this if you like.
