Cancellation Policy

Durable offers flexible billing with the option to cancel your subscription at any time. This article outlines our cancellation policy and provides clear steps to end your subscription through your account settings.

Durable subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your plan. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. You will not be charged again once the cycle ends.

Refunds are not automatically issued upon cancellation. If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an error or extenuating circumstance, please contact our support team directly.

To cancel your Durable subscription:

  1. Log into your Durable account.

  2. Click your Profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Scroll to the Subscription section.

  5. Click Manage Subscription.

  6. In the subscription portal that opens, click Cancel Plan.

  7. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

After canceling, you will continue to have access to your Durable account and site until the end of your billing period. You can resume your subscription at any time.

If your plan was canceled due to a failed payment, please update your billing details to restore service.
