If you opted to have a custom Domain name, provided through Durable and are considering transferring it to a different provider, there are a few important requirements to be aware of. These guidelines ensure your account has sufficient history and helps protect against fraud or misuse.
To be eligible for a domain transfer:
Your Durable subscription must be active for at least three(3) consecutive months.
The domain must have been registered through Durable, not externally connected.
Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding payments.
Once these conditions are met, you can reach out to our team to begin the transfer process. We'll guide you through providing the required authorization code (also called an EPP code) and releasing your domain.
We recommend reviewing your new provider's domain transfer requirements as well, since some may have their own specific conditions.
If you’re unsure about your domain status or need help with next steps, our team is here to support you. Reach out anytime for personalized assistance.
