Images play a key role in shaping how your site looks and feels. You can easily update any image directly in the editor by selecting a new one, uploading your own, or letting AI choose for you.

To update an image:

  1. Open your site in the Editor.

  2. Locate the image you want to change and click it.

  3. The Image settings panel will open on the right side of the screen.

  4. Click Change image to open the media selector.

  5. In the media selector, you’ll see three tabs:

    • Images – Browse Durable’s free image library. You can also use the search bar to find specific images by keyword.

    • My assets – View any images you’ve previously added to your site.

    • Upload – Upload a JPG, JPEG, or PNG image from your device (maximum file size is 32MB).

  6. Alternatively, select Let AI choose for you and Durable will automatically insert a relevant image.

  7. Once an image is selected, you’ll also see:

    • Regenerate – Request a new AI-generated image.

    • Change – Open the media selector again to pick another image manually.

Your selected image will update instantly in the editor so you can preview how it looks within the section.
