Using Durable, you can easily reply to messages sent from the contact form. To do so, follow the steps below:
Reply to customer messages
Go to CRM > Contacts.
Click the customer you wish to reply to.
Click the message you want to reply from "Website messages."
Click "Reply" or click on the three dots to "Reply all." A message draft box appears.
Once finished, click "Send." Please wait a few seconds for the "Message sent" popup to appear.
