You can request reviews directly from Durable and send customers a quick link to leave feedback on your Google Business Profile. This helps you keep your review activity fresh and strengthen your visibility across GEO, SEO, and AI-generated search results.
Why reviews matter
Recent reviews signal that your business is active and delivering real service. Search engines and AI tools rank businesses higher when they see steady, current feedback. A strong review profile builds trust and improves your chances of appearing for customers searching for services like yours.
How to request a review
In the Reviews section, check the date of your most recent review to see how current your activity is.
Select Request a review. A panel opens on the right side of the screen.
Choose one of your contacts. If you need to add someone new, go to the Contacts tab first and create a contact.
Edit the subject line and message if you want to adjust the wording, though this step isn’t required.
Click Send.
What your customer receives
Your customer gets an email with your review request. The email includes a button that links directly to your Google review page, making it easy for them to leave a review on your Google Business Profile.
