The Competitor Analysis section helps you understand how your business compares to others in your industry or area. This feature only becomes available once you have connected your Google Business Profile. If you have not yet connected it, you will see a Continue with Google button in the lower right corner of the Competitor Analysis panel. Selecting this option connects your Google account and allows Durable to identify and display competitors that are relevant to your business.
Once your Google Business Profile is connected, Durable will automatically identify key competitors based on your business category and location. These are the businesses customers might also consider when searching for services like yours. For each competitor, you will see helpful details such as their overall rating and the number of reviews they have.
This information gives you a quick understanding of what similar businesses are doing well. You might notice, for example, that a competitor has more recent reviews or higher review ratings.
You can visit competitor websites directly from this section to learn from their approach. Consistent business details, frequent reviews, and active Google profiles are common traits among highly visible businesses. These are actions you can mirror through your Discoverability tool.
If you want to customize your competitor list, you can manually add or remove businesses. Use the search option to find specific competitors and click Add to start tracking them. You can refresh your list at any time to get the latest data.
Competitor Analysis shows you where you stand in your market. As you improve your listings, gather reviews, and follow your visibility suggestions, your performance should rise relative to others. This insight keeps you competitive and helps ensure your business stays easy to find across search engines like Google and on AI platforms.
